To use our polypropylene heat sealable trays, first make sure the food is ready to be packaged. It is important that the food is at the right temperature and in portions that fit the size of the tray.
Once the food is prepared, place it in the polypropylene tray, being careful not to overfill it. Leave a small gap at the top to allow for proper heat sealing.
Next, place the lid on the tray and use a heat-sealing machine to seal it. Follow the machine manufacturer's instructions for best results. Make sure the seal is airtight to maintain the freshness and safety of the food.
Once sealed, the trays can be stored in the refrigerator or freezer, depending on food preservation needs. Don't forget to label the trays with the date of packaging and contents.
When you are ready to consume the food, simply remove the heat-sealed lid. Please note that these trays are not microwaveable, so you will need to transfer the food to a suitable container for heating.
To use our trays, place the prepared food in the tray, leaving space at the top. Then, place the lid and seal with a thermosealing machine following the manufacturer's instructions. Store the sealed trays in the refrigerator or freezer, labeling them with the date and contents. Remember that these trays are not microwave-safe, so you will need to transfer the food to a suitable container for heating.
